Terms of Service

The service

FrameFlow produces short cinematic videos from photographs supplied by the customer. Each video is 15 seconds and built from nine images.

We aim to deliver every video within 24 hours of payment being confirmed. Delivery timing begins when the order is successfully paid.

You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, every photo you upload, and that you have permission to use them in marketing material.

You may use the delivered video for your own marketing, including websites, listings, social media and advertising.

If a delivered video does not match the order, contact us and we will review it. Refunds are handled through the original payment method.
